xakimoe offers a workmanship warranty covering installation defects for a specified period after project completion as noted in your service agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Grant access to the property during scheduled work hours.
• Obtain any necessary permits or approvals not provided by xakimoe.
• Communicate promptly regarding any concerns or changes.

6. Cancellation and Termination

Clients may cancel services prior to project start with written notice. Cancellations after commencement may incur charges proportionate to work completed and materials ordered.

xakimoe reserves the right to terminate the contract if payment terms are not met or if client behavior endangers staff or project integrity.

7. Liability

xakimoe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or materials. Our liability for direct damages shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and documentation provided by xakimoe remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Clients are granted a limited license to use these materials for the specified project only.
